In keeping with our desire to bring you the best, Choice Foods has ventured into making our own ‘small goods’– bacon, sausages and ham. Under the guidance of our resident Master Curer, these products are made in the traditional way, with the best ingredients, and no shortcuts in favor of mass production. For instance, our bacon are made using export-grade pork, seasoned with imported sea salt and other spices, and cured for fourteen days as the traditional English recipe demands. The same scrupulous methods apply to our sausage and ham-making. We absolutely do not use any artificial coloring and flavoring, phosphates or other additives.
